Is My Camera Video Recorded Or Uploaded?
No. The video is processed live inside your browser and is never uploaded, recorded or saved. When you press Stop Camera, the camera is switched off completely.
Why Do I Need To Allow Camera Access?
The try-on needs your live camera to find your face and place the glasses on it. Your browser asks for permission once, and you can turn it off at any time.
Does It Work On My Phone?
Yes. It works in the latest Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on phones, tablets and computers. On iPhone, use Safari or Chrome rather than an in-app browser.
The Glasses Are Not Lining Up. What Can I Do?
Face the camera straight on in good, even light, keep your whole face in view and take off any glasses you are wearing. The frames follow your eyes automatically within a second.
Why Do The Glasses Disappear Sometimes?
They hide automatically when your face leaves the picture or is hard to see, then come back as soon as your face is found again.
