01Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Face Shape Detector Free (“we”, “us”, “our”) and cover your use of faceshapedetectorfree.com, its tools, guides and other content (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02Who Can Use The Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, please use the Service with the permission and guidance of a parent or guardian.

03What The Service Is For

Our tools, such as the face shape detector, age detector, face symmetry and attractiveness tests, feature shape tools, body shape calculator, try-on tools and blur face tool, give automated estimates for style ideas, learning and entertainment.

• Results are estimates. They can be affected by lighting, camera angle, image quality, expression and other factors, and may not be accurate.
• Results are not medical, health, psychological, cosmetic or professional advice. Please speak to a qualified professional before making health, cosmetic or medical decisions.
• Scores such as attractiveness, symmetry or age are not a judgement of anyone’s worth, beauty or identity.
• The age detector must never be used to verify someone’s age or identity.

04Your Photos

Our photo tools process images on your own device and do not upload them to us. You keep all rights to your photos. Because we never receive them, you are responsible for the photos you use and for any results you save or share.

05Acceptable Use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Use photos of other people without their permission, or use the tools to harass, shame, bully or discriminate against anyone.
• Use photos of children other than your own child, or use the Service in any way that could harm a minor.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including identifying, tracking or profiling people.
• Try to break, overload, scrape, copy or reverse engineer the website or its tools, or bypass any security measure.
• Upload or post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a person normally could.
• Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection with us.

06Content You Send Us

If you post a comment or send us a message, you keep ownership of it. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, store and use it to run the Service, for example to publish your comment or reply to you. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it follows these Terms. We may remove any content at our discretion.

07Our Content And Intellectual Property

The website, its design, text, guides, graphics, illustrations, logos and the Face Shape Detector Free name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to our pages and use the tools for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for short quotes with a link back to the original page.

Some tools use open-source software, such as Google MediaPipe (Apache License 2.0) and face-api (MIT License). That software remains subject to its own licences.

The Service may link to other websites or rely on third-party providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free or secure, or that results will be correct or meet your expectations.

10Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any results. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to USD 50.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Service, your content or your breach of these Terms.

12Changes And Termination

We may change, pause or stop any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms. We may block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver of it.
